Medura Peptides ("we," "us," "our") operates medurapeptides.com, a research compound supply platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (securely hashed, never stored in plain text).

Order & Inquiry Information. When you submit an inquiry, we collect your full name, phone number, shipping address, and the items and quantities you're inquiring about.

Payment-Related Information. We do not process or store credit card information. Because orders are reconciled manually via Zelle or invoice, we do not collect or store your banking credentials. Zelle payments are sent by you directly through your own banking app, outside our systems.

Affiliate & Partner Information. If you apply to our partner/affiliate program, we collect additional information including your business or platform details, payout preferences, and, where applicable, a Zelle-associated identifier (email, phone, or Zelle tag), PayPal email, or mailing address for check payments, and W-9 tax documentation where required by law for payouts.

Wholesale & White Label Applications. If you apply for a business account, we collect your business name, estimated monthly volume, business license number (for wholesale applications), and website/brand URL.

Identity Verification Documents (Military/First Responder Discount). If you apply for the service-member discount, you may upload a photo of an ID, badge, or discharge document. This file is used only to verify your eligibility and is never stored in our database. It exists only as a one-time email attachment reviewed by our team, then discarded. We are not able to retrieve it after review.

Automatically Collected Information. We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your shopping cart between visits and to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Bot & Fraud Protection. We use a bot-protection service to verify that form submissions (login, signup, contact) come from real visitors rather than automated bots. This service may process limited technical information about your browser and connection as part of this verification. See our bot-protection provider's privacy documentation for details on their processing.

• To process, communicate about, and fulfill your inquiries and orders
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, payment instructions, status updates)
• To operate our partner/affiliate program, including calculating and issuing commissions
• To review and respond to wholesale, white label, and discount-eligibility applications
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and automated/bot activity
• To comply with legal and tax obligations (for example, W-9 collection for affiliate payouts)

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers. We work with third-party providers who help us operate our site, deliver transactional emails, and protect against fraud and automated abuse. These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal compliance, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We never share your information with other customers, and referred-customer names visible to affiliates in their dashboard are limited to what's necessary for referral tracking.

• Account and order information is retained for as long as your account is active and as needed for our business and legal recordkeeping obligations.
• Identity verification documents (military/first responder applications) are never stored. See Section 2.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us (see Section 9), subject to records we're legally required to retain (for example, completed order/tax records).

• You may update your account information (name, phone, shipping address) at any time from your account dashboard.
• You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request its deletion, by contacting us.
• If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.
• If you are located in the EU/UK, you may have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or erase your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage, secure database infrastructure, and bot/fraud protection on sensitive forms. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
