By accessing or using medurapeptides.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site or submit an inquiry. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are authorized to purchase research compounds for the intended research use.

All products offered on this site are sold for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or medical application of any kind. You agree that you will not use, or allow any third party to use, any product purchased through this site for human or animal consumption. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

This site does not process live payments. When you submit an inquiry, you are requesting to place an order, not completing a purchase. Orders are reconciled manually via Zelle or invoice after submission. An order is not confirmed until payment is verified and your order status is updated to paid.

An account is required to submit an inquiry. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@medurapeptides.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Prices, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel, or adjust any order affected by a pricing or listing error before it is marked paid.

If you select Zelle as your payment method, you must use the exact order reference number provided as your payment memo. Do not include product names or the word "peptides" in the memo. Orders with a non-compliant memo, or that cannot be matched to a valid payment, may be cancelled. If you select invoice payment, you will receive payment instructions by email; your order remains pending until that invoice is paid.

Wholesale and White Label pricing tiers require account-level approval. Approval is granted at our discretion based on the information submitted in your application. Approved accounts receive tier-based discount pricing at checkout with no per-order minimum; the volume figures referenced during application review are targets used for approval, not a checkout requirement.

Participation in our partner program is subject to approval. Referral codes are chosen by the applicant at the time of application and, once approved, are not reassigned by us. Commission rates are tiered and recalculated monthly based on the prior month's referred order volume; commission is calculated on the post-discount order total. Payouts require a W-9 on file where applicable and may be issued via Zelle, PayPal, store credit, or check, at the affiliate's selection. We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse commission on any order that is cancelled, fraudulent, or found to violate these Terms, including self-referral, which is prohibited and will be blocked or reversed if identified.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or eligibility to purchase;
• Attempt to circumvent our bot-protection, account, or ordering systems;
• Submit fraudulent inquiries, applications, or payment memos; or
• Use this site for any unlawful purpose.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Medura Peptides or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

This site and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medura Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its products, including any use inconsistent with the Research Use Only restriction in Section 3.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
